I have several but think Millenium or The Official Total Terror 1986/87 Part II is my favorite. I like the all. I must have over 12 or 15 of their cd's

Re: Favorite Album
Thu, August 31, 2006 - 1:53 PMTHE INITIAL COMMAND has always been my favorite. Stark and brutal. It seems to exist in a monochrome pocket of alien time that is both ancient and futuristic. IMPLODE is my next fave for quite the opposite reasons-- its complex state of the art "collide-a-scape" of intricacies. GASHED SENSES AND CROSSFIRE, when it came out, was an album that turned me away from FLA for a while. Not because it was a bad album--I like it very much. It was more to do with being burned out on the same-old-same-old. So for many years after that I did not listen to new FLA albums as they came out. This was the case with many other similar bands I was into at the time...KMFDM, FRONT 242, etc ... I had burned myself totally out on their stuff and they didn't do anything for me anymore so I took a break from them. But after the course of many years I returned to all of them again and found them to be quite on their game. It was a very interesting experience to "re-discover" these bands all over again with their polished and streamlined new selves. Now I can go back to the albums I passed up and enjoy them as though they were brand-new.
